To track your lost device, you must have configured Anti-Theft in the lost device and have added alternate contact numbers.
If you are using dual SIM device, then give an alternate contact number of a different device and not of your own SIM.
- To track the lost device, you must send device the locator command from your alternate contact number. The command is in the following format: TRACE PIN (For example – TRACE XXXX). The PIN is QHMS app PIN.
- You will receive your lost device location on your alternate contact number.
Similarly, you can use different commands (block, unblock, wipe data, dial, records etc.) and send to your lost device and get the information on your alternate contact number.
