Create Ticket option redirects you to support web page. Here you can read some of the most common issues with answers. If you do not find an answer to your issue, you can submit a ticket. - Opting out of Auto-Renewal
You can always cancel or modify auto-renewal of your Quick Heal subscription. To opt out, follow below steps:- Open Quick Heal app.
- Navigate to More > Support > Customer Support > Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Auto renewal from the drop down.
- To Cancel Auto renewal subscription, click Continue.
- On the Cancel Auto renewal subscription screen, select a reason for cancellation.
- Click End auto renewal.
- On the next screen, select Unsubscribe to confirm your cancellation.
- Click Confirm. Auto Renewal is stopped for your Quick Heal subscription.
B. Submit Device Information
Device Information is an essential tool to gather critical information of a Windows-based device for the following cases.

- Open Quick Heal Internet Security.
- On the left pane, navigate to More > Support > Submit Device Information.
- The Device Information wizard opens.
- Select a reason for submitting the device information.
- If you are suspecting new malware in your device, select I suspect my device is infected by new malwares.
- If you are facing issues while using Quick Heal antivirus, select I am having problem while using Internet Security.
- Provide comments in the Comments text box
- Click Send.
- Device Information (INFO.QHC) file will be generated and sent to Quick Heal Technical Support.
- This tool generates an INFO.QHC file at C: and submits it automatically to sysinfo@quickheal.com.
i. Generating Device Information
To generate device information, follow these steps:
Note: INFO.QHC file contains the critical device details and version details of Quick Heal Internet Security installed on your device in the text and binary format. The Information contains automatic execution of files (through Registry, Autoexec.bat, System.ini and Win.ini) and Running processes along with their supported library details. These details are used to analyze the device for new malware and proper functioning of Quick Heal Internet Security. This information is used to provide better and adequate services to customers.
