The autorun feature of USB-based devices or CDs/DVDs tends to run as soon as such devices are attached to the device.
Autorun malware may also start with the devices and spread malware that can cause substantial harm to the device. This feature helps you protect your device from autorun malware.
i. Configuring Autorun Protection
To configure Autorun Protection, follow these steps:
- Open Quick Heal Total Security.
- On the left pane, navigate to Protection > External Drive Protection > Autorun Protection .
- Toggle the Autorun Protection button to turn it on.
Autorun Protection is activated.
