This is the default screen that appears when you log on to metaProtect. The dashboard displays all the important information that you need to manage safety of all your devices. To start, you need to add devices to metaProtect in the beginning.

Note : If you have already signed up through Quick Heal, your device would already be added to metaProtect.

A. Adding your first Device

Method I :

To add a device, follow these steps:

  1. Open Quick Heal Total Security.

  2. Go to metaProtect tab and click Sign Up. Your account will be created.

  3. Ensure that you are on the metaProtect tab. Click Sign In.

    Use your email address and password to login to metaProtect portal.

    Note: Use the same credentials that were used while signing up.

  4. The device is added as the primary device on the metaProtect portal.

Method II :

To add a device, follow these steps:

  1. On the Dashboard, click Add Device.

    A Verify Details dialog box appears. You need to enter a mobile number and verify it.

  2. Enter Mobile number and click Submit.

  3. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click Submit.

    The phone number is verified.

  4. Click Done.

    You are redirected to Add Device screen.

  5. Enter device name and corresponding product key.

  6. Click Add.

B. Top Banner

This section displays important real-time information related to the product. It may display recommendations to buy Quick Heal products or renew the license if expiring.

C. Device Health

This section includes Security and Privacy scores and its recommendation details.

Security Score:

Security score indicates how much your device is protected against viruses, malware, ransomware, and other threats.

Enable all recommendations to get a high Security Score to ensure maximum safety of your device.

The recommendations to get high Privacy Score is to enable Scan Schedule, Virus Protection, Browsing Protection, Malware Protection, Ransomware Protection, and configuring metaProtect for your device.

Privacy Score:

The Privacy score indicates how safe is your personal, financial, and browsing data when you are online.

Enable all recommendations to get a high Privacy Score to ensure maximum safety of your data.

The recommendations to get high Privacy Score is to enable Data Breach Alert, Webcam Protection, Anti-Tracker, Secure Wi-Fi, Password Protection and Data Backup.

  • To view recommendations details, click View Details. (Appears only when recommendations are displayed)
  • To sync score with device, click Sync score.

D. General Recommendations

This section includes general recommendations made for improving the security of the device.

E. What’s New

This section displays announcements related to the new product release and related features, articles and blogs related to latest happenings in the cyber world.
