The license details section of Quick Heal antivirus includes the following information.

Product Details

  • Product Version
  • Product Key – Use the copy icon and save your product key in a secure location.
  • Installation Number
  • License Valid till
  • Licensed to
  • Contact Number – Click the edit icon to modify the contact number. You will receive an OTP on the newly entered contact number. The new contact number will get updated after verification.

    • Note that if an invalid OTP is entered and the attempt limit is exceeded, a 30-minute waiting period will be required before you can try again.

  • Email ID – Click the edit icon to modify the email address. You will receive OTP on newly entered email id. The new email ID will get updated after verification.

    • Please note that contact number and email id cannot be modified while a remote desktop session is active. However, if a profile password is set, these details can be edited after entering the valid password when prompted.

  • License Agreement

The following buttons may be displayed depending upon your license status in the License section.

  • Buy Now: Helps you buy license if you have a trial license.
  • Renew Now: Helps you renew your existing subscription.

WhatsApp Support

WhatsApp Support helps you connect with the Quick Heal support team directly from the application. When you initiate a WhatsApp chat, your registered customer and product details are automatically included in the pre-filled message, enabling the support team to assist you more efficiently.

Accessing WhatsApp Support

To access WhatsApp Support from the License Details page, follow these steps:

  1. Open Quick Heal Total Security.
  2. On the left pane, navigate to More > License Details.
  3. Click WhatsApp Support.

The Contact Support on WhatsApp dialog box appears.

Do one of the following:

Using WhatsApp on your mobile device

  1. Scan the displayed QR code using WhatsApp on your mobile device.
  2. The WhatsApp chat with Quick Heal Assist opens with a pre-filled message.
  3. Review the message and tap Send to start the conversation with the support team.

Using WhatsApp Web

  1. Click Open WhatsApp Web.
  2. Your default browser opens the WhatsApp Web page.
  3. Click Continue to WhatsApp Web. If prompted, click Open app.
  4. The WhatsApp chat with Quick Heal Assist opens with a pre-filled message.
  5. Review the message and click Send to start the conversation with the support team.

The following information is automatically included in the pre-filled message, if available:

  • Customer Name
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Product Key
  • Product Name
  • Product Version
  • License Expiry Date

Note:

  • WhatsApp Support requires an active internet connection.
  • WhatsApp must be installed on your mobile device to scan the QR code.
  • To use WhatsApp Web, ensure that it is accessible through your web browser.
  • The pre-filled message includes your registered customer and product details.
  • If any customer or product information is unavailable, the corresponding field is omitted from the pre-filled message.
  • You can edit the pre-filled message before sending it.
  • The shared information helps the support team identify your product and provide assistance more efficiently.

Already Have a Key?

If you have already purchased a renewal product key, you can activate your subscription without purchasing another license.

Activating Using an Existing Renewal Key

To activate your subscription using an existing renewal product key, follow these steps:

  1. Open Quick Heal Total Security.
  2. On the left pane, navigate to More > License Details.
  3. Click Already Have a Key?.
  4. Enter the renewal product key.
  5. Optional: Enter the Dealer Code and BE Number, if available.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.

Note: The Already Have a Key? option is available only for eligible licensed users. It is not displayed for free trial users or international renewal flows.

Auto-Renewal

Benefits:

Auto Renewal has the following benefits:

  • It keeps your antivirus protection up-to-date automatically.
  • You won't miss out on important security updates.
  • Auto-renewal saves time by renewing your subscription automatically without you having to do anything.
  • You'll always have the latest security features.
  • You can always cancel or modify your subscription anytime you want.

Opt-in for Auto-Renewal:

Opting for Auto Renewal during new purchase flow:

Enabling auto-renewal for you license subscription is very easy. Just follow below steps:

  1. Open Quick Heal app.
  2. Go to More>> About>> License details page. Alternatively, when your trial is ending, you'll be prompted to purchase and opt for auto-renewal.
  3. Click Buy to purchase the product & choose your desired plan.
  4. Select the Auto Renew License option. You'll see the Auto Renewal page with all the details.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Confirm/edit billing details and click Continue. You'll be taken to the Product Summary page.
  7. Click Continue to complete the payment process as required.

    Auto Renewal is now successfully set up for your Quick Heal product.

Opting for Auto Renewal from product after purchase:

You can enable auto renewal of Quick Heal license even after you have purchased your license. To opt for auto renewal post license purchase, follow below steps:

  1. Open the Quick Heal app.
  2. Go to More >> License Details.
  3. Click on Auto Renew.
  4. Choose the Auto Renewal plan that suits you.
  5. Confirm or edit your billing details and click Continue.
  6. Follow the step-by-step process and click OK. Your Quick Heal product is now set up for Auto Renewal.

Opting out of Auto-Renewal:

You can always cancel or modify auto-renewal of your Quick Heal subscription. To opt out, follow below steps:

  1. Open Quick Heal app.
  2. Navigate to More > Support > Customer Support > Subscription.
  3. Click Manage Subscription.
  4. Select Cancel Auto renewal from the drop down.
  5. To Cancel Auto renewal subscription, click Continue.
  6. On the Cancel Auto renewal subscription screen, select a reason for cancellation.
  7. Click End auto renewal.
  8. On the next screen, select Unsubscribe to confirm your cancellation.
  9. Click Confirm. Auto Renewal is stopped for your Quick Heal subscription.

Note: If you have already purchased a renewal product key, you do not need to purchase another license. Click Already Have a Key? on the License Details page and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your subscription.
