If you login through your account then you become the super admin of the account. Your details are added in the users section by default.
You can add users as per the roles assigned to them. You can view devices and license details of all users. You can view the users and corresponding details by clicking Users tab on the left pane.
A. Adding a User
To add a user, follow these steps:

On the left pane, navigate to Users > Add User

Enter the name, select a role, and email address.
You can assign role of admin, member or child to the user. -
Click Add.
An invitation is sent to the specified email address. The user status will be shown as pending till the user completes the account setup process. -
Click Done.
B. Activating newly added User Account

User will receive an email to set up account.

Click Setup Account received in your mail.

You are redirected to the metaProtect portal with the name and email address prefilled.

Enter and confirm password.

Click Sign Up.
A success prompt is displayed.
C. Viewing User details

On the left pane, navigate to Users.

Select the User to view the user details. The following details are displayed for that user:
- Name
- Role
- Phone Number
- Age
- Gender
D. Viewing device details
You can view details for your own devices as well as user devices.

On the left pane, click Users.
You are redirected to the Users page.

Select the user and click View Device.
You are redirected to the Devices page.
The following details are displayed for the selected user device:
- Device Name
- Product Name
- Product Key
- Computer Name
- Processor Count
- System Type
- OS
- RAM
- MAC Address
E. Viewing License details
- On the left pane, click Users. You are redirected to the Users page.
- Click View License. The license details are displayed.
F. Deleting a User
- On the left pane, click Users. You are redirected to the Users page.
- Click the user that you want to delete. The user details are displayed.
- Click Delete User. The selected user is deleted.
