Reports provides a centralized location to view reports generated by various Quick Heal security modules. It enables you to review scan results, protection activities, and other security events performed on your computer.
Viewing Reports
To view reports, follow these steps:
- Open Quick Heal Total Security.
- On the left pane, navigate to More > Reports.
- Click View Detailed Reports.
The Reports page appears.
The left pane displays report categories for the following security modules:
- Scanner
- Virus Protection
- Email Protection
- Scan Scheduler
- Behavior Detection
- Ransomware Protection
- Quick Update
- Memory Scan
- Scam Protection
- Registry Restore
- Boot Time Scanner
- Anti-Malware Scan
- Firewall Protection
- Smart Parenting
- IDS/IPS
- Browsing Protection
- Mobile Scan
- Vulnerability Scan
- Safe Banking
- Webcam Protection
- Game Booster
- Wi-Fi Scanner
Select a report category to display the available reports.
The right pane displays the reports for the selected category. Each report includes the Date, Time, and Report Name.
To view the details of a report, follow these steps:
- Select the required report category.
- Click the View (👁) icon corresponding to the required report.
The detailed report opens in a dialog box. The report details, such as the Date and Time, are displayed.
You can perform the following actions:
- Click Download to download the displayed report.
- Click Previous or Next to navigate between available reports.
- Click Close to close the detailed report.
Downloading Reports
To download one or more reports, follow these steps:
- Select the required report(s) using the check boxes.
- Click Download.
- In the Downloading Reports confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
- Select the folder where you want to save the reports.
- Click OK.
The selected reports are downloaded to the selected folder.
Deleting Reports
To delete one or more reports, follow these steps:
- Select the required report(s) using the check boxes.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The selected reports are permanently removed from the report list.
Note:
- Reports are available only for security modules that have generated report data. If no reports are available for the selected category, the report list will be empty.
