A. Introduction

Quick Heal metaProtect portal enables you to manage and monitor the security of all your devices, including your family, remotely. You can also manage license subscriptions, view reports, and access several advance features using metaProtect.

You can access metaProtect through Edge, Chrome and Firefox browsers.

• This feature is available for customers in India only.

B. Signing Up for metaProtect through Quick Heal

To sign up with metaProtect through Quick Heal, follow these steps:

1. Open Quick Heal Total Security.

2. Navigate to metaProtect.

3. In the right pane, click Sign Up For Free.

4. Enter your email address and click Send OTP. OTP will be sent to the specified email address.

5. Enter OTP to validate the email address.

6. Enter and confirm password.

7. Click Sign Up. Your account is created.

C. Signing In to metaProtect through Quick Heal

1. Open Quick Heal Total Security.

2. Navigate to metaProtect.

3. In the right pane, click Sign In.

      You are redirected to the metaProtect portal.

4. Enter your email address and password.

5. Click Sign In.

      The metaProtect dashboard is displayed.

D. Signing Up on metaProtect portal directly

To sign up with metaProtect directly, follow these steps:

1. Visit metaProtect on the following website https://metaprotect.quickheal.com/

2. Click the Sign up button.

3. Enter your name, product key, and email address.
   Note: Username should start with alphabet, may contain special characters, numbers and must not exceed 50 characters in length.

4. You are required to validate your email address by an OTP sent on your specified email address.

5. Enter valid mobile number.

6. Enter and confirm your password.

7. Select the Quick Heal License Agreement and Privacy Policy option. Read the License Agreement and Privacy Policy documents carefully.

8. Click Create Account. Your account is created.
   Next, use your email address and password to login to metaProtect portal. You can also sign in using your Google or Facebook account.

E. Profile

You can access your profile details through the Profile icon on the upper right corner of the portal. You can view or edit your account details. Use the Logout button to logout of metaProtect.

i. Viewing/Editing My Account details

1. Log on to metaProtect using your credentials.
2. On the upper right corner, click the Profile icon.
3. Click My Account. Your account details are displayed.
4. Click the Edit icon for the corresponding field if you want to edit the details.
5. Click Save.

ii. Changing your password

1. Log on to metaProtect using your credentials.
2. On the upper right corner, click the Profile icon.
3. Click Change Password.
4. On the Update Password dialog box, enter your old password, your new password, confirm password.
5. Click Update Password. Your password is updated.
