Reactivating Quick Heal AntiFraud
To reactivate the AntiFraud license using your product key, please follow these steps. This process is necessary if you have uninstalled the software for any reason or wish to use the same product key on a same device.
- Install, activate, and launch the AntiFraud application on your new computer device.
- Install, activate and open the AntiFraud on a new computer device.
- Verify your email ID by entering the OTP.
- Click Activate.
The success message appears as Your subscription has been successfully activated along with the validity date.
Upgrading Quick Heal AntiFraud
- Open Quick Heal AntiFraud.
- Navigate to More > License Details.
- Click Upgrade.
This option helps you to upgrade to Quick Heal Total Security.
Renewing Quick Heal AntiFraud
We recommend renewing your license before it expires so that your device remains protected uninterruptedly. You can buy the renewal code from the Quick Heal website or from the nearest distributor.
For In-App renewal of Quick Heal AntiFraud online, follow these steps:
- Open Quick Heal AntiFraud console.
- Go to More > License Details.
- Depending on your license validity, there will be two options:
a.Upgrade OR
b.Renew Now. - Click Upgrade/Renew Now. It takes you to the website where you can make a purchase.
- Click I Have a Key.
- Enter the product key in the designated field.
- Click Renew Now.
OR
If you have already purchased it from the vendor.
It asks you to confirm your details such as contact number and email address. Post verification, click Activate to complete the license activation process.
After a successful renewal transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the product key details. The new license expiry date will also be provided.
Note:
Currently, the In-App purchase and Renewal facility are available to the subscribers based in India only. You can opt-in for auto-renewal through In-App purchase to ensure automatic renewal of your subscription. See Auto-Renewal for more information. The option to renew Quick Heal offline appears only if you are not connected to the Internet.
