Downloading, Installing and Subscribing Quick Heal AntiFraud

Note:

• Before installing Quick Heal AntiFraud, please verify that the device is on iOS OS version 14 or above.
• If you already possess a product key that is not activated, it is advised to go to this link first to register the product.

Follow the steps below to register and activate Quick Heal AntiFraud:

1. Visit this link if you already have a product key. If not, go to step 5.
2. Enter your product key. You may find it inside the Quick Heal AntiFraud box or on your email.
3. Enter your Email ID.
4. Click on the verification link sent to your email ID. The success message appears.
5. Download AntiFraud from AppStore.
6. Welcome screen appears having the feature information.
7. Accept the terms and conditions and click Get Started to continue with the onboarding process.
8. The Hello screen appears.
9. Provide your details in the designated fields, such as your name and contact number.
10. Verify the contact number by entering the activation code received. Upon code verification, contact detail verification is completed.
11. Enter Email ID to proceed screen appears. Verify the email address by entering the activation code received.

    If you have already activated the product using the link provided earlier, you will be taken directly to the Congratulations screen.

12. If this is your first time installing and activating Antifraud.AI, the Subscription screen appears post email verification. It offers the following options:
    • Click Try Free with Limited Features to access the freemium version of AntiFraud. It will redirect you to the Congratulations screen, where you can proceed with the free plan with limited features.
    • Click Subscribe Via Appstore. It will redirect you to purchase the license for your desired duration. Once the purchase is successful, AntiFraud.AI will be activated.
13. Click Next to proceed.
14. Grant the necessary permissions, including Notification and Location permissions.

You are all set to start using your AntiFraud features.

Note:

• While activating through AppStore the auto subscription is enabled by default.
• While activating through website, you will get mandatory option for Auto-Subscription at the time of activation.
• While activating with the key purchased by vendor, you will not get option for Auto-Subscription until product is expired.
• You can cancel the subscription at any time. You will not be charged the annual fee at the end of the subscription period. However, even after cancellation, you will retain access to the product for the remaining duration of the subscription period.
• The subscription can be transferred to a new device. Once the transfer is complete, it will be deactivated on the previous device. Authentication will be sent to the primary email address, which is required to complete the transfer.
• You can choose between a Freemium or Premium subscription. Freemium users have access to limited feature functionality, while Premium users enjoy full access to all features.

Note for the multi-device subscribers:

• Begin by visiting the website and entering the product key and email address. This email will be considered the primary email. A verification link will be sent to the primary email. Upon successful verification, the first device will be activated.
• To add a second device, you can activate it using the same primary email. However, if you wish to use a different email address for activation, a verification link will be sent to the secondary email as well as to the primary email. The primary email user must approve the request to add the second device, with the option to reject the request.
• If the maximum number of devices has been reached, you can either purchase a new key or sign in using your registered email address.

Upgrading Quick Heal AntiFraud

If you are currently using the Freemium version, you can easily upgrade to Premium from the home screen.

Follow these steps to upgrade your Quick Heal license:

1. Tap the Upgrade icon (represented by a golden crown) on your home screen. You get an overview of how AntiFraud.AI has protected you so far. This includes:
   • The total number of links you scanned, scam links AntiFraud blocked, and links that could not be scanned due to Freemium limitations.
   • The number of data breaches detected on your registered email ID.
   • Instances where protection was not possible due to Freemium plan limitations and so on.

2. Tap Upgrade to proceed with your purchase. You can activate Premium using a subscription key from your vendor or by purchasing directly via the AppStore.
