Quick Heal AntiFraud can be transferred from Android to Android, iOS to Android, Android to iOS, iOS to iOS, mobile to desktop, desktop to mobile.

Mobile to Mobile

Follow these steps to migrate from one mobile device to another mobile device having iOS.

  1. Download and open the AntiFraud app on the new device.
  2. It prompts you to enter your details. Provide your name and the phone number.
  3. Verify by entering the activation code received via SMS on the provided number.
  4. Enter the email address that is already registered.
  5. After identifying the email, you will receive a notification stating: The subscription key for the selected email is active on another device. You will be prompted to transfer it to the new device, with a warning that it will be deactivated on the old device.
  6. Click Transfer. The success message appears as Your subscription has been transferred along with the validity date.
  7. If you open AntiFraud on the old device after transferring the license to a new device, the old device will display a piracy alert message. This message will offer the option to uninstall the application from the previous device.

Mobile to Desktop

Follow these steps to migrate from a mobile having iOS to a computer device:

  1. Install, activate, and launch the AntiFraud application on your new computer device.
  2. Install, activate and open the AntiFraud on a new computer device.
  3. It prompts you to enter your product key. It fetches your email ID you used while registering the product key.
  4. You can locate your product key on your mobile phone where it was previously installed. To find it, open Quick Heal AntiFraud > navigate to the home screen > click on the profile icon at the top right. Here, you will be able to view your subscription key and other relevant details. Please use this key when migrating to your computer device.

  5. Verify your email ID by entering the OTP.
  6. Click Transfer.
  7. The success message appears as Your subscription has been transferred along with the validity date.
