Downloading, Installing and Subscribing Quick Heal AntiFraud

Before installing Quick Heal AntiFraud, please verify that the device is on Android OS version 10 or above.
- Download AntiFraud from Google PlayStore.
- Open the application to start the activation process.
- The Welcome page appears. Click Get Started.
- The product tour starts. Navigate through the pages by clicking Next.
- The terms and conditions screen appears. Accept the terms and conditions and policy and click Proceed.
- Provide your details in the designated fields, such as your name and contact number.
- Verify the contact number by entering the activation code received. Upon code verification, contact detail verification is completed.
- Grant the Contacts and Phone calls permissions.
- Select google account to proceed screen appears. Verify the the email address by entering the activation code received.
- Alternatively, you may use the pre-existing Google account for activating AntiFraud.
- Click Next to proceed.
- Hello screen appears. Click Let’s get started to proceed.
- Grant the necessary permissions, including Accessibility, Draw over other app, and Read Notification permissions. Note that the permission requirements may vary depending on the device manufacturer. For instance Xiaomi users may need to grant additional permissions such as Battery Optimisation and Auto Launch. Once these permissions are granted, you are now navigated to the dashboard.
The Subscription screen appears. Enter the subscription key for activating AntiFraud. Click Activate. A Congratulations screen appears displaying the subscription details. Click Next to go to the dashboard.
Or click Experience it Now for a free trial. A Congratulations screen appears indicating that you have a 3-month validity to use the app.
Or click Subscribe Via Playstore. It takes you to the Subscribe screen for AutoSubscription or InApp purchase from Playstore. Select your preferred plan and complete the purchase.
The purchase successful screen with license validity appears.
For users with a multi-device subscription, the Congratulations screen appears with the total number of devices activated under the subscription.
Note:
- While purchasing through website, you will have the option to select Auto-renewal. This option ensures your subscription remains valid without interruption.
- When activating with the key purchased from the vendor, it can only be applied to the plan you have purchased. You may select the subscription duration once the current plan expires.
- The first three months of the annual subscription are provided free of charge, provided the subscription is purchased through PlayStore.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time or request a refund within the first 5 to 7 days. No annual fee will be charged at the end of the subscription period. Even after cancellation, you will retain access to the product for the remainder of the subscription term.
- For the free trial package, payment details are required; however, you will only be charged at the end of the trial period. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time, even during the free trial period.
- The subscription can be transferred to a new device. Once the transfer is complete, it will be deactivated on the previous device. Authentication will be sent to the primary email address, which is required to complete the transfer.
