Downloading, Installing and Subscribing Quick Heal AntiFraud

Before installing Quick Heal AntiFraud, please verify that the device is on Android OS version 10 or above.

  1. Download AntiFraud from Google PlayStore.
  2. Open the application to start the activation process.
  3. The Welcome page appears. Click Get Started.
  4. The product tour starts. Navigate through the pages by clicking Next.
  5. The terms and conditions screen appears. Accept the terms and conditions and policy and click Proceed.
  6. Provide your details in the designated fields, such as your name and contact number.
  7. Verify the contact number by entering the activation code received. Upon code verification, contact detail verification is completed.
  8. Grant the Contact, Phone calls, and Show Notification permissions.
  9. Select google account to proceed screen appears. Verify the the email address by entering the activation code received.
  10. Alternatively, you may use the pre-existing Google account for activating AntiFraud.
  11. The Subscription key screen appears. Enter the subscription key for activating AntiFraud. Click Proceed. Or click Start your free trial. It takes you to the Subscribe screen for AutoSubscription or InApp purchase from Playstore.
  12. Select your preferred plan and complete the purchase. The subscription will begin at the end of the three-month free trial period.
  13. The purchase successful screen with license validity appears.
    For users with a multi-device subscription, the Congratulations screen appears with the total number of devices activated under the subscription.

  14. Click Next to proceed.
  15. Hello screen appears. Click Let’s get started to proceed.
  16. Grant the Accessibility, Draw over other app and Read Notification permissions. You are now navigated to the dashboard.

Note:

  • While activating through PlayStore, the auto subscription is enabled by default.
  • While activating through website, you will get mandatory option for Auto-Subscription at the time of activation.
  • While activating with the key purchased by vendor, you will not get option for Auto-Subscription until product is expired.
  • The first three months of the annual subscription are provided free of charge, provided the subscription is purchased through PlayStore.
  • You can cancel the subscription at any time. You will not be charged the annual fee at the end of the subscription period. However, even after cancellation, you will retain access to the product for the remaining duration of the subscription period.
  • The subscription can be transferred to a new device. Once the transfer is complete, it will be deactivated on the previous device. Authentication will be sent to the primary email address, which is required to complete the transfer.

Note for the users with multi-device subscription:

  • The email you use during initial registration is the primary email.
  • The primary email receives validation codes for adding devices or transferring keys.
  • License validity is the same across all devices, using a single product key.
