Cleanup Settings
Cleanup Settings allows you to customize the settings for Disk Cleanup, Registry Cleanup, and Traces Cleanup according to your requirements.
Customizing Disk Cleanup
To customize Disk Cleanup, follow these steps:
- Open Quick Heal Total Security Multi-Device.
- Navigate to Performance > PC Tuner > Cleanup Settings.
The Cleanup Settings screen appears. - Click Disk Cleanup.
- Review the available cleanup items.
- By default, all cleanup items are selected. Clear the check boxes for the items that you do not want to include in the cleanup.
- Take backup before deletion is selected by default. If you clear this option, Disk Cleanup deletes the selected items without creating a backup. We recommend keeping this option selected.
- Click Save to save the settings or Back to return without saving the changes.
Customizing Registry Cleanup
To customize Registry Cleanup, follow these steps:
- Open Quick Heal Total Security Multi-Device.
- Navigate to Performance > PC Tuner > Cleanup Settings.
The Cleanup Settings screen appears. - Click Registry Cleanup.
- Review the available cleanup items.
- By default, all cleanup items are selected. Clear the check boxes for the items that you do not want to include in the cleanup.
- Take backup before deletion is selected by default. If you clear this option, Registry Cleanup deletes the selected items without creating a backup. We recommend keeping this option selected.
- Click Save to save the settings or Back to return without saving the changes.
Customizing Traces Cleanup
To customize Traces Cleanup, follow these steps:
- Open Quick Heal Total Security Multi-Device.
- Navigate to Performance > PC Tuner > Cleanup Settings.
The Cleanup Settings screen appears. - Click Traces Cleanup.
- Review the available cleanup items.
- Select the check boxes for the cleanup items that you want to include in the cleanup.
- Click Save to save the settings or Back to return without saving the changes.
