Remote Session
With Remote Session, you can connect your system remotely with our support experts. Remote Session is useful when you need assistance from our experts. However, it is advised that you use this support when you are connected over telephone.
To use Remote Session, follow these steps:
- On the Quick Heal Total Security menu bar, go to Help.
- Under Remote Session, click Start Session.
The Remote Support terms agreements screen appears.
- Click I Agree.
The details for remote access, such as the IP address and remote access ID, are displayed. Provide these details to the remote support engineers who will connect to your system. A Quick Heal Support executive will remotely access your system to fix the issue.
Live Chat
With Live Chat, you can connect with Quick Heal technical experts for assistance with your queries.

Details that are necessary during the call
- Product Key: Is included inside the box of your product. If the product is purchased online, the Product Key can be obtained from the email confirming the order.
- Information about the Mac computer: Brand, processor type, RAM capacity, the size of the hard drive and free space on it, as well as information about other peripherals.
- Operating System: Name, version number, and language.
- Software Version: Version of the installed antivirus and the virus database.
- Software Type: Software product installed on the machine.
- Internet Connection: Is the machine connected to a network? If yes, contact the system administrators first. If the administrators cannot solve the problem, they should contact Quick Heal technical support.
- Other Details: When did the problem first appear? What were you doing when the problem appeared?
