Using Manage Backup, you can delete the backed up data or copy the backed up data from the current backup location to a different location.

You may change the backup location if you do not have enough space on the current location.

  2. On the left pane, navigate to AntiFraud > Backup & Restore > Manage Backup.
To configure backup, click Manage Backup.
  3. Click the > icon for Manage Backup to manage the backup settings.
  4. The following options are available:
    • Copy Backup: To copy the backed up data to a different location, click Select Location and then browse a location. Click OK and then click Start. The data back up will be copied to the new location.
    • Delete Backup: Select the backups you want to remove.
    • – All Old Backups: Deletes all previously saved backup data across multiple locations. Use this option to free up disk space.

If the backup location is configured to any of the following directories, Windows, Program Files, or Program Files (x86) the backup files will not be deleted. This precaution is taken to avoid potential system instability.

      – Current Backup: Deletes the most recent backup, regardless of location. The backup location and file size are displayed for reference.

Click Delete Backups to delete the backup files. A warning message appears. Review the warning message carefully. To confirm deletion, click Yes.

Important: Deleting a backup is permanent. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
