Downloading, Installing and Subscribing Quick Heal AntiFraud

Before you install Quick Heal AntiFraud, make sure your device is running Android 10 or later.

Step 1: Download the App

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for Quick Heal AntiFraud and tap Install.
3. Once installation is complete, open the app to begin activation.

Step 2: Start the Activation Process

1. The Welcome screen appears, and the product tour starts automatically.

   Use the navigation controls to move through the tour.

2. Click Get Started to continue.

3. A pop-up appears asking for Notification permission, click Allow to grant permission. This helps you stay informed about important security updates and alerts.

Step 3: Sign-In

1. Enter your details in the provided fields.

   You can sign-in using your mobile number or email address.

2. Enter the activation code sent to your contact number or email address.

   Once verified, your contact details are confirmed.

Step 4: Create an Account

1. After successful verification, the Welcome screen prompts you to create an account.
2. Enter your details and tap Proceed.

Depending on how you obtained the product, follow one of the options below:

Option A: New Users

• The Subscribe to Premium screen appears.
• Choose a subscription plan or start with the freemium version (with lmited access to features).
• Tap Go to Dashboard to begin exploring the features.

Option B: Users with a Product Key/Promo Code

• If you purchased AntiFraud from a dealer, locate your product key on the product box.
• On the Redeem Product Key or Promo Code screen, enter or scan your product key. Enter the promo code if you have one.
• Tap Activate Product Key.
• When the Congratulations screen appears, tap Go to Dashboard to start using the app.

Step 5: Grant Required Permissions

To ensure complete protection, the app requires certain permissions.

Grant the following permissions when prompted:

• Phone Call
• Contact
• Battery Optimization
• Autostart (applicable only to Xiaomi devices)

Note:
Permission names and steps may vary depending on the device manufacturer.

After granting the required permissions, you will be navigated to the Home screen. You can now explore its features and customize your protection settings.

Note:

• When activating with the key purchased from the vendor, it can only be applied to the plan you have purchased. You may select the subscription duration once the current plan expires.
• While purchasing through website, you will have the option to select Auto-renewal. This option ensures your subscription remains valid without interruption.
• For users who opt for auto-renewal, no refund process is available. However, users can cancel their subscription at any time through the Play Store. No annual fee will be charged at the end of the subscription period. Even after cancellation, you will retain access to the product for the remainder of the subscription term.
• The subscription can be transferred to a new device. Once the transfer is complete, it will be deactivated on the previous device. Authentication will be sent to the primary email address, which is required to complete the transfer.

Note for the users with multi-device subscription:

The email/phone number you use during initial registration is the primary email/phone number.

The primary email receives validation codes for adding devices or transferring keys.

License validity is the same across all devices, using a single product key.

Upgrading Quick Heal AntiFraud

If you are currently using the Freemium version, you can easily upgrade to Premium from the home screen.

Follow these steps to upgrade your Quick Heal license:

1. Tap the Upgrade icon (represented by a golden crown) on your home screen. You get an overview of how AntiFraud.AI has protected you so far. This includes:

   • The total number of links you scanned, scam links AntiFraud blocked, and links that could not be scanned due to Freemium limitations.
   • The number of times AntiFraud scanned and secured your online payments.
   • The number of fraudulent apps detected on your device.
   • The number of data breaches detected on your registered email ID.
   • Instances where protection was not possible due to Freemium plan limitations and so on.

2. Tap Upgrade to proceed with your purchase. You can activate Premium using a subscription key that you purchased from your vendor or by purchasing directly via the Play Store or by using the promo code.
