Downloading, Installing and Subscribing Quick Heal AntiFraud

Before installing Quick Heal AntiFraud, please verify that the device is on Android OS version 10 or above.

1. Download AntiFraud from Google PlayStore.
2. Open the application to start the activation process.
3. The Welcome page is displayed, and the product tour begins automatically. Use the navigation controls to move through the tour.
   Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click Proceed to continue.
4. Provide your details in the designated fields, such as your name and contact number.
5. Verify the contact number by entering the activation code received. Upon code verification, contact detail verification is completed.
6. Grant the Contacts and Phone calls permissions.
7. Select google account to proceed screen appears. Verify the the email address by entering the activation code received.
8. Alternatively, you may use the pre-existing Google account for activating AntiFraud.
9. The Subscription Key screen appears, offering the following options:
   • Enter a promotional code (available only during special offers or festive periods),
   • Enter the subscription key provided by the vendor or store, or
   • Click Try Free with Limited Features to access the freemium version of AntiFraud.
   • Click Subscribe via Play Store to purchase a Quick Heal license. You will be redirected to the Subscribe screen, where you can explore and select from a variety of subscription plans with different durations.

   Next, the purchase successful screen with license validity appears.
   
   For users with a multi-device subscription, the Congratulations screen appears with the total number of devices activated under the subscription.

10. On the Congratulations screen, a prompt to Add AntiFraud app to the home screen is displayed. Click Add to create a shortcut on your device’s home screen.
11. Click Next to proceed.
12. Hello screen appears. Click Let's get started to proceed.
13. Grant the necessary permissions, including Accessibility, Draw over other app, and Read Notification permissions. Note that the permission requirements may vary depending on the device manufacturer. For instance Xiaomi users may need to grant additional permissions such as Battery Optimisation and Auto Launch. Once these permissions are granted, you are now navigated to the dashboard.

Note:

• While purchasing through website, you will have the option to select Auto-renewal. This option ensures your subscription remains valid without interruption.
• When activating with the key purchased from the vendor, it can only be applied to the plan you have purchased. You may select the subscription duration once the current plan expires.
• For users who opt for auto-renewal, no refund process is available. However, users can cancel their subscription at any time through the Play Store. No annual fee will be charged at the end of the subscription period. Even after cancellation, you will retain access to the product for the remainder of the subscription term.
• The subscription can be transferred to a new device. Once the transfer is complete, it will be deactivated on the previous device. Authentication will be sent to the primary email address, which is required to complete the transfer.

Upgrading Quick Heal AntiFraud

If you are currently using the Freemium version, you can easily upgrade to Premium from the dashboard.

To upgrade:

1. Tap the Upgrade icon (represented by a golden crown) on your dashboard. You will be presented with detailed usage insights, including:

   • The total number of links you scanned, scam links AntiFraud blocked, and links that could not be scanned due to Freemium limitations.
   • The number of times AntiFraud scanned and secured your online payments.
   • The number of fraudulent apps detected on your device.
   • The number of data breaches detected on your registered email ID.
   • Instances where protection was not possible due to Freemium plan limitations and so on.

2. Tap Upgrade to proceed with your purchase. You can activate Premium using a subscription key from your vendor or by purchasing directly via the Play Store.
